Facilities Management Services
We can manage all of your venue's support services on your behalf. Providing a single point of contact for all support service issues and only one monthly invoice, the facilities management (FM) option streamlines much of the administration and management processes normally associated with service provision. Furthermore, with only one management team across the support team, there is more consistency in the expectation of high standards, training and support reflecting our Project Five Star philosophy.
With one common goal of maintaining high standards and maximising visitor experience, onsite staff teams are trained to become accountable not only in their own role but also to ensure that all support service issues are effectively resolved. In addition, using our experience at other venues in the UK, we deliver industry best practice ensuring that your venue is receiving the very best support available.
An important part of our FM Service delivery is the ability to provide a staff team that is able and willing to deliver the high standards expected. We are experienced at taking on new contracts and can effectively manage the transition of staff in a number of scenarios, including taking on an inhouse team, an incumbent's staff team or even setting up a new team at a new venue. All staff transfers are undertaken sensitively and adhere to the transfer protocol demanded by UK legislation.
