Further develop visitor experienceOur staff are trained to treat venues as if they were five-star hotels and in so doing, deliver services with a meticulous attention to detail with a focus on the customer. Indeed, as part of our Project Five Star programme, all our cleaning staff are designated as housekeepers and trained to deliver the standards expected by your customers. This helps to elevate the role of cleaner, motivating our staff and encouraging them to think from a customer perspective.
