We train our staff to act and operate like a concierge, similar to those found in top hotels. The focus is therefore on remembering the names of regular visitors, on learning the venue inside out (to be able to give accurate and effective directions), to dress smartly and to generally become the welcoming face that visitors will see when entering and walking around the venue.
