Security Officer
Our security officers are trained to deliver comprehensive security at our sites including reception duties, access control and safety monitoring tasks.
Competent applicants will be able to respond quickly in an emergency. They will have experience of both access control and customer service environments. They must also hold a recognised security certificate.
Outstanding applicants will be professional and courteous, have a calm disposition and a high level of attention to detail. They will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, plus the flexibility to learn new skills.
Fabric Technician
Our maintenance specialists apply their trade skills to safely undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered at all times.
Competent applicants will have experience in all aspects of fabric maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, roof repairs, painting and decorating. A work history of five years in a building services environment is preferred.
Outstanding applicants will have excellent communication skills, be organised, accurate and open to learning new skills. They will be dependable, self motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.
Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Our engineers utilise their specialist trade skills to coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks in a timely, professional manner. They prioritise safety and take account of individual customer needs to ensure that site activity can continue without disruption.
Competent applicants will have extensive experience of their trade in a building services environment and hold relevant trade certificates. They will work efficiently whether independent or part of a team.
Outstanding applicants will combine their first-rate communication skills with excellent problem solving skills, demonstrating a methodical, accurate and creative approach to work. They will be reliable and actively participate in new activities with enthusiasm.
Cleaning Operative
Our cleaning operatives ensure our cleaning schedules are correctly undertaken and completed safely and discreetly. They provide excellent service through fine detail cleaning and continually striving to raise standards.
Competent applicants will be accomplished detail cleaners who are well presented at all times. They will be able to work as part of a team and support others. They will be able to communicate effectively with our clients and understand their needs.
Outstanding applicants will be well organised and able to prioritise work when necessary. They will be proactive and able to work under their own initiative in a sometimes extremely busy, fast paced environment.
Cleaning Team Leader/Supervisor
Our cleaning team leaders and supervisors manage the delivery of our cleaning services ensuring attention to detail is at the highest standard throughout. They bring out the best in our cleaning teams, creating a dynamic, supportive and encouraging work environment.
Competent applicants will have experience in all aspects of cleaning coupled with supervisory experience in a customer facing environment. They will themselves be an accomplished detail cleaner, organised, accurate and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Outstanding applicants will be flexible and open to learning new skills. They will confidently step into a leadership role and be able to utilise their problem solving skills to ensure the speedy resolution of issues. They will prioritise the needs of our clients and tailor our services to meet the highest expectations.
